Discussion topic: How do I combine or sync my Sky Broadband and Sky Cinema/Stream

I first took out Sky Broadband then the following day, I signed up for Sky Stream. I used the same email address for both, however, I cannot see my Sky Broadband on My Sky App, it only shows sky stream.

Can someone help please?
