Re: House move with broadband
It depends on the type or router you currently have and the type of service at the new address
the old q routers are getting replaced with a newer model that supports VoIP
Do you know what type of service was ordered?

Re: House move with broadband
What hub do you have now er115 q hub or sr203 broadband?
From last september last year all new connections require the sr203 so the the telephone is plugged into the back of the router ie internet calls instead of a mastersocket
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: House move with broadband
Yes you take your router with you, so just plug it in when you move, no need to do it beforehand.
