House Move to Fibre

Hi all, I am stumped as to whee to go to fix my issue. Sky advised I could get Fibre at my new property on 27/06/25. An engineer arrived 04/07/25 to install, new hub set up etc. Activation date was apparently 04/07/25. Yet I still have no connection, the activation date has been and gone and looking in 'My Products', it says my broadband is with someone else? I'm very confused so any direction would be appreciated!

@Pookmunki Have you tried just calling sky to find out what and why!
