House Move Thursday - Internet off today

We're moving house on Thursday and have a Sky engineer booked for Friday to install TV and Broadband.

Woke up this morning and no internet, rebooted all devices and the CityFibre box has 3 green lights but nothing on service.

I've read connections can be disconnected early but surely 3 days before is quite extreme, I work from home so could be quite an issue if this is the case.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
