Horrible network disrupting work very bad

Hi, 

We [Removed] have been facing a lot of internet issues with Sky and its only getting worst with the passing days. Its been very heavily affecting our work and our child's online classes. We are really getting frustrated with the horrible network and your horribly slowest service we have ever experienced. With so many complaints since we have had this switch from other network we have not been given any technician visiting us at the earliest possible. the wait time is also unaccepted .

We are customers and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, or your online school/college work they won’t receive additional or quicker support.

@Harsha92 You need to keep conversing with sky via the call option or what ever other method you have been trying, the Forum is not sky Customer Service, and the About top of the page will explain that if you need!
