Horrendous WiFi
I have been with sky for years and my wifi is horrendous. I have had calls 5 times trying to fix this and it lasts about an hour then no connection. I have done all the same generic tests you always tell me to do and yet nothing works. We are constantly using our 4g and cannot watch most things on tv as the wifi always cuts off. It lasts about 5 mins then it's off again. Kids trying to go their uni work on their laptop yet the wifi is awful and nothing helps.
really fed up with this as it's been going on for months and I paid an upgrade for faster speed and it's worse
