Home move

We are moving house in the next week or so, I have tried to book a home move appointment, it says I already have when, when I don't.

You will need to call Sky about this as usually 14 days notice is required.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
