Home move postcode issues

I'm due to move to a new build house, I can see the postcode on the website and find the new address, it then asks me to call the home move service.

 

They can't find the postcode and said I need to speak to Royal Mail.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

@BasiDave new build can be an issue this is the Royal Mail postcode check site https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode. It is worth talking to the developers as they have to fo initial work so that Openreach or City Fibre can run connections to the new properties so you can buy from ISPs like Sky. Some developers like Persimmons only have a third party network cabling so you can only get fixed broadband from providers thst use that cabling.

I've been told by the developers that open reach will be available.  I just don't understand why the sky website shows the correct postcode but the agent I spoke to says it's not available.
