Home move issue

I'm currently experiencing an issue to book home move, I tried many times over the past 2 weeks to book online, but error/ faliure page loaded after completing all information. Also, tried live chat and hotline,  they both directed me back to the home move page. I'm in loop for over 2 weeks time with no success. Does anyone know how can I book a home move for broadband?

You will have to call Sky and ask them to book this for you so when calling say nothing when calling and hopefully you will get directed to someone to talk to.
