Home Move
I am moving on the 5th of February but I when I scheduled it to the app, the engineer will be there on the 14th and it will be too late to put it on the new house. We often work from home so we need the internet connection as soon as we move house

Lead time for broadband provisioning is at least two weeks from placing the order: in some areas it's much longer, particularly if a new FTTP circuit is required.
