We had a new boiler fitted today which came with a Hive Hub, which has been directly connected into the back of the sky router.
However, due to coverage issues in the home, we also have a Sky Broadband booster which has now stopped working.
Only the power and wi-fi lights are on, the Connected light is blank.
We have tried resetting multiple times, including having the Hive plugged in and without, however nothing is making the Sky Broadband Booster work.
Does anyone have any ideas?
