Hive Hub nano 2.5

Hello - my Hive hub that i've had maybe a couple to three years now as suddenly stopping working. the issue appears to be that it can't connect to the internet (never an issue until now). I only noticed it because it had a constant red LED lit. I rebooted/reset and its now got a flashing green LED. I have been around and around the Hive help circles advice to try and re-establish connection to no avail. The Hive App states 'device offline'. I have come to the conclusion that the hub is dead. Is this a thing? Do Hive hubs just die?

@jamesTkirk_1701  Sky are not responsible for Hive Hubs, the community is for Sky services, have you tried reaching out to hive?

@jamesTkirk_1701 any electronic device can fail unpredictably. However try rdbooting the Sky hub and the Huve hub as thst simple step can clear somecfaults.

Re: Hive Hub nano 2.5

I posted here first to check if any other Sky users had experienced the same issue. I have tried to get support from Hive but it seems that i have to have a paid for support service.

I've had the same issue for months too with the same hive hub - did you ever get it sorted?

Re: Hive Hub nano 2.5

Yes I did, I had to pay for Hive support though before I could get help. It isn't that expensive to be fair. They sent me a new (free) hub 3. I 'chatted' to them when it arrived and they talked me through getting everything working, hub, thermostat, bridge etc. All good now.
