Hive Hub connection

We have had a new Sky router fitted when Sky and BT went to Fibre Optic.  Sky operative was great ensuring that everthing was connected, as it was summer I forgot about the Hive hub. now it won't connect.  According to Hive the following needs to be opened,

UDP port 123 (NTP)

TCP port 433 (NTTPS)

TCP5671 (AMQ{S)

Is this correct?   if what how can I connect the Hive hub?
