High latency + Horrible speeds lately

Hi all,

 

Could someone help me find the reason I'm getting horrible performance on my Fibre home broadband? I have a guarantee of 150Mbps, but lately, I have been having major issues with my Wi-Fi.

On the Sky app, it says my connection is "Good," but when I keep rebooting and resetting the router as advised, it only works for a few minutes and then goes back to horrible speeds and high latency. Any ideas? last night after rebooting the router this is the speed + latency it would go back to which is unacceptable.

Broadband is not WiFi.

 

Ideally, test the actual broadband connection speed (delivered to the Hub) by using a device connected over ethernet cable.

 

This establishes whether, as is likely, local WiFi is the issue.
