Hi, yeah my sky id does not appear as ii am sky user

Hi yeah, i started using aky Wifi from today, but my sky id doesn't say that i'm sky broadband user

Have you linked your broadband account number to your Sky ID?

If you have setup an ID then you ight need to link your broadband account to it as per this:
