@Sarah1236 many phones have a setting that makes them use mobile data rather than wifi if the mobile connection is faster. Apple callmthe Wifi Assist. Check your phones settings for mobile data and disable that option and your phone should remain connected to your Sky wifi. If itvdoesnt check you have told it to connect to your wifi automatically when you are at home.
