I've just moved house, message from BT on behalf of sky says they are switching on wi fi soon and if no ont cable to contact sky. Well as I haven't yet officially got an open account with them, I don't know how to contact them to obtain power cable (looks like prev tenants took it). Can someone advise please. Thank you Dawn

I dont know whether `sky can get Openreach to sort the power supply out for you before tge activation date or not but I have escalated yout post the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to tell you for certain. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
