Hi we have just changed over to sky broadband from BT and everything is slower. I have run a diagnostic check which says all is good but clearly it isn't. We also need a booster box upstairs as the WiFi is worse in other parts of the house. Please advise.

No it doesn't

@Paul2241  Best to give Sky a call and see what options they can give you about getting a booster within the property. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts ignore them trying to send a text to speak to an advisor.
