Hi I have a solid orange light on Internet. Tried everything but nothing has worked. Help!

No Internet. Got an orange light. Tried re setting it. Tried unplugging it. No luck. Any suggestions?

Sounds like an outage in the area .  Best thing is to call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops

@Mason23 it will take time to mend whatever has caused the outage. It is often impossible to give an accurate estimate as these things get fixed as rapidly as possible. 

 

There is a huge range of possible causes but a fairly common one is somebody doing work has broken a cable while digging. Locally that happened near me causing a loss of service to many thousands. The majority got their service back in a day or so but some took more than a week. Frustrating and expensive for everyone all due to misaimed digger blade these things happen. Sometimes your local news sites can tell you more than Sky support can.
