when we were talked into switching broadband to Sky all was ok for a short period of time, however things are and have been getting worse over the last 11 months, we cannot down load, it's slow out e mails will not always open, it's just so terrible, I wished we had stayed with our other provider, we live in a rural field and my business will be working from home. Please please please can you sort it out
