Help needed

my internet is working on iPad but not on laptop.Ive rebooted everything I need to it’s just not having it

@Sanny205 Was it working before, what has caused this issue that required you to re-boot the hub and then have to get item's re-connected!

Hi.It was working before.Just the internet icon showed no internet.Everytime I try to reconnect it says unable to connect to this network.Im on my iPad now and it’s fine.When I go to help it says to reboot etc which I have but still nothing.Sorry,I’m a bit thick so not very good with modern technology.Although if it’s gone off before I reboot everything and it works.

@Sanny205 Would suggest that you do the same when you are finished with the Internet this evening. If you could leave it off for an hour or overnight even better!
