Having problems with the sky pod boosters not working

Im having an issue with the sky pod boosters not working. I followed the instructions where you plug it into a socket half way away from the hub and the lights keep flashing white for over 5 minutes. Its the same when its pluged 1 room away and in the same room as the sky hub.

Did you try following the instructions to completely reset the puck incase its got stuck?
