Having WiFi issues

My WiFi isn't working correctly. It's a very poor signal and speed around the house has reduced.

 

I work from home so need reliable service. I've been with you a number of years and not had an issue. 


can someone look into this for me please

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
