Have another issue with internet

My internet has been dropping all week and I have hive thermostat so my home is freezing

The issue with broadband continues

I am continuing to have an issue with my WiFi and it's effecting how heating and hot water now as we have a hive

its been fine for a year..... why now??

All such devices have a manual mode, because no ISP guarantees uninterrupted connectivity. What's lost is remote access.
