Hardware returns

I have returned the hardware that was listed on the letter. It didn't include the hub as sky still provides my Internet but now they are asking me to return the hub or face a charge for it.

What service(s) did you cancel to warrant the returns process starting?

@Babycham If it is TV etc are they asking for return off wireless boosters for that? Un usual to ask for a Hub to be returned for broadband that is currently in use especially if they never supplied an upgraded version to you!
