Growatt inverter

Since changing from BT to sky broadband my growatt inverter has stopped functioning and when I go to my shinephone app to check on my solar panels it's tells me I'm offline. I've tried everything to restart/ restore, but to no avail.

Thanks for your interest. Managed to sort by resetting the dongle.

@Maxie2 Black or white sky hub? Is the invertor connected to the home Network as far as you can tell?
