Grey cable damage

I will need a new grey cable, as the cable damage. Internet not working, or works but few minutes and then don't work anymorew as the cable is damage.

@Sayek Grey cable purple ends used for the Partial fibre FTTC connection DSL to the OR Master phone socket, RJ11 - RJ11 connection!
