You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
You are put on a rolling contract when your discount ends. Your contract doesn't actually end until you cancel it.
If you're certain your discount hasn't ended call Sky to discuss it. Quickest way is by dialling 150 from your landline.
