Got engineer booked but wifi now working

Got an engineer booked for tomorrow but wifi is just now working!

 

I could do with them not coming as i work from home and would like to start my normal shift, otherwise i have to take it unpaid or pay the hours back


What should i do? Cant get through to anyone on the phone and i dont want to be charged by sky seeing as this was their fault not mine

Report it to Sky in the morning if it's still down and no outage is reported in your area. If a fault is found Sky will pass it to Openreach for investigation. wfh has no influence on fix times. Openreach aim to fix within 2 working days of being informed by an isp.
