Hi, we have no children in our house and the Google account is stuck on safesearch ever since I've changed my broadband from bt to sky?

@TraxxasXMAXX97 safe search is on by default on new accounts. The account holder can change that by going into the My Sky app find Brosdband Shield and changethe setting there. Age 18 is suitable in you dont have kids.
