Re: Gigga fast
@Asgarth Can you explain where and how you are getting that 250Mb/s reading as a testing method with all the details needed, there is nothing wrong with that as a starter!

Re: Gigga fast
@Asgarth Ookla like any speed test reports the slowest part of the connection between the device and the hub. With the advent of ful fibre the bottleneck often moves from the speed of the broadband link to the speed of the wifi link in your home. WiiFi speeds are not something Sky control directly as they depend on the layout of your home and how it is built. The white Sky Max can deliver 900Mb/s to devices that support WiFi6 in the area near the hub but as soon as the signal has to pass through a solid object speeds will drop. Direct Ethernet cable connection on the other hand should record the full speed assuming nothing else is using the connection.
Sky tests the speed of your broadband connection daily. You can see the results for the last 3 weeks in the My Sky service checker section if you click thelink beside the most recent test. It is unlikely that the speed to your hub has droped but if it has the app should offer help,to get it checked out.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
