Gigafast speed only 100mpbs

Hi, I'm sat next to the sky hub and I'm only getting 100mbps. The highest it's been is 400mpbs. It's causing some issues with our devices on WiFi stuttering. Is it possible to look into this

Hi @Jhumphreys84 

Your speed over WiFi will often be lower than the line speed, Sky do not guarantee the speed over WiFi. 100Mbps should be plenty for devices not to stutter, this to me sounds more like they are far from the router and receiving an even lower speed.
