Gigafast order

Ordered on March 30th whilst still in contract with sky on ultrafast but within the 30 day price increase period.I could have moved suppliers but decided to stay with sky. 

BT have completed the fibre cable to the house but not the box on the outside wall. 

I have had instal dates cancelled galore and today sky were meant to come and no show or any notification and a day off wasted. It's now many weeks since I placed the order and at what point do I say thanks but no thanks and raise this as a complaint internally at sky and with the Ombudsman.

Sky broadband engineer Delayed... I hope he can do the outside box as well as that has not been completed by BT

@Berti205 If it is a sky Engineer that is tasked to do it and has been trained by OR for the task then YES he/she will ba able to take care off it all. BT are not involved in any off it, OR openreach do all the Fibre side and own everything upto and including your new ONT that is fitted inside the house!

Just had a text saying 4th Aug the install....not bad when order was 30th March....
