Seem to have a large drop in speed when connecting BT white discs to sky router, supposed to be receiving gigafast speeds, any help appreciated, thanks

@rugbyclub

BT white disks are 802.11ac (as is the Hub) and that standard is not capable of gigabit WiFi in any real world circumstances.  600-700Mbs would be extremely good, lower than that entirely possible.

You'd require WiFi 6 capable hardware all the way (including client devices, of which very few are) and even then it's worth considering if any individual item of equipment actually benefits in any way from that kind of bandwidth.

@rugbyclub before spending money consider what if anything your devices are used for need or indeed can use higher speeds for. In practice for domestic use its practically nothing.
