Gigafast 4mb?

I have Sky giga fast which cost a fortune and it keeps cutting out it keeps disconnecting my son's PS5. It's hard to stream sometimes and overall, I really don't think it's worth the money. I'm now in my bedroom which is 20 feet from the router and I'm getting between 1.4 MB and 100 MB/ second . When you run test and Sky out it says everything is fantastic. Yet you can't connect a computer to the television, your streaming freezes and  the PS5 disconnects.
I really don't think it's worth the money. My contact is up soon and I will get rid of it.

@Pugkoala2 20 feet of air should not  cause issues but add in a solid wall or two and your results are pretty normal.

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
