Getting started

My activation date was Fri 21/10. Everything seems to be set up however I need a microfilter which wasn't included in the box. Does anyone know how to get one? I'm having to use my data on my phone to stream TV shows which I didn't think I'd have to do.  It's infuriating

If your mastersocket is prefiltered 1 broadband port and 1 telephone port) then you don't need a microfilter/broadband filter.

If not then you can buy one for a couple of pounds from argos, amazon, pc world etc

ISPs typically no longer bundle a microfilter because there are already literally tens of millions in existence.  You could try asking a neighbor, looking in a local hardware or charity shop, Argos, Currys etc or they are widely available online.

Thanks. I've got an old phone socket and tried using my splitter cable but it's not working so I'll have a wee lo9k around for them
