Getting billed an additional £5
I have a monthly package of £27 for broadband but I am also getting charged a seperate £5 on top of that and it doesn't say why on my account or anywhere. What can i do to stop being charged the extra?

Check your online bill and click on the blue arrow next to any amounts which appear higher than you're expecting.

Re: Getting billed an additional £5
An extra £5 pcm on top of broadband would typically be either the Broadband Boost or WiFi Max subscription supplement.
