Garbage and lies broadband

My broadband has been dropping daily for weeks. Sky acknowledges this then pronises an engineer. I wait in all day only to get a text saying richard has fixed it remotely. NO HE HAS NOT!!! Luckily im out of contract so by by Sky and your terrible service that costs over £150 a month

Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

It is not uncommon for engineers to not fix a fault on the first attempt. Often faults are intermittent so difficult to diagnose. If youbdo decide to switch remember if the issue is a line fault as yours appears to be thecfaultvwill move with you to any new isp using tgecsame Openreach line so only switch to one using a different network lije Virgin Media.
