@CraigRedgate97 if using WiFi then the most likely csuse is interference. Rebooting the hub will cause it to find the least congested WiFi channel to use which can often sort the problem. However wherever possible avoid using WiFi for gaming instead use Ethernet or where that is impractical use something like powerline networking adapters.
