Full fibre

Hi just upgraded to full fibre 

getting speeds fine but not reaching the full flat. Is sky booster now required and how to apply or is engineer visit required

If you think you need a booster  call sky and speak  to the broadband team and they will  advise you  on  this and send you out a booster  if you  need 1

@Peter259  Is this Sky broadband Max subscription that you have on your broadband package or is this just standard ultrafast broadband package that you have?

Sky broadband  max full fibre  to the property gigafast 900mps  and a sky wifi max hub and because  I  live in an old house  to boost my my wifi signal  i do have a pod to

@Peter259  Give Sky a call and request a pod for your Wi-Fi, you may have to go through some troubleshooting steps before they will send it out.

Unable to phone them at present as phone line is porting the number over due to the change always find it better phoning sky through landline

I am running  2 55inch sky glass tvs, a puck, sky live camera, 43 lg smart tv, freesat box, p.c, laptop, tablet, Xbox, 3 mobile phones, 3 alxaers, had the full fibre broadband  installed  in January  of last year, no freezing  buffering  issues  what so ever, i also have both tv's  connected  by ethernet cables aswell,  and  i must remember  my booster pod to, i have a large  family  so i can quite  often  have up to 7 mobile phones connected  at times and again  no problems with  my  internet

@Peter259 That is the perfect way to do it, but you just have to wait until your landline is all up and running, then sky can go take a look when they have you at home and on the phone to them, as @Highlinder has pointed out, it is a process they have to carry out, once determined what is best the advisor will say and then you can keep an eye out to what is getting done.
