Re: Full fibre
@Peter259 Is this Sky broadband Max subscription that you have on your broadband package or is this just standard ultrafast broadband package that you have?

Re: Full fibre
@Peter259 Give Sky a call and request a pod for your Wi-Fi, you may have to go through some troubleshooting steps before they will send it out.

Re: Full fibre
I am running 2 55inch sky glass tvs, a puck, sky live camera, 43 lg smart tv, freesat box, p.c, laptop, tablet, Xbox, 3 mobile phones, 3 alxaers, had the full fibre broadband installed in January of last year, no freezing buffering issues what so ever, i also have both tv's connected by ethernet cables aswell, and i must remember my booster pod to, i have a large family so i can quite often have up to 7 mobile phones connected at times and again no problems with my internet

Re: Full fibre
@Peter259 That is the perfect way to do it, but you just have to wait until your landline is all up and running, then sky can go take a look when they have you at home and on the phone to them, as @Highlinder has pointed out, it is a process they have to carry out, once determined what is best the advisor will say and then you can keep an eye out to what is getting done.
