Full fibre upgrade and Sky Glass issues
We had an upgrade to full fibre broadband but since then, our Sky Glass keeps pixelating, freezing and glitching. I've tried restarting everything but nothing has changed. We can't connect the Sky Glass via an Ethernet cable - it's too far away from the hub.

@MrsJUP Is the sky hub in the same place as before the upgrade to the Full Fibre?

@MrsJUP If you have the same sky hub in the same place as before and you NEVER had a glass issue with the previous connection it's hard to say, the SR203 black sky Broadband Hub worked equally well on copper and full fibre!
Edit:- have you changed the position off the TV? just trying to see what is going on, what speed did you upgrade to because that is all that would have changed for you keeping the same hub as before in the same position as before!
