Full fibre no internet connection or drops randomly

Moved from BT to Sky to save on cost. Had Full fibre Sky installed a month ago and the Internet has been awful. Constantly disconnecting via phone, laptops to no signal and phone calls dropping mid conversation.  Unacceptable service and wishing I had kept paying more for BT if it meant a stable and consistent Internet service! 

Tried following all the advice and tips even spoke to engineer totally useless convo nothing has changed just an intermittent service!  Note the small print says it has to be 3 consecutive days of less than 100 before you can cancel. Given its intermittent daily that sounds like a SLA that is impossible,  hence bound to contract!
