Full fibre 150 two prices

Soon to move house and when I go through the on line process it offers me Full Fibre 150 at £40/month.
The same day I get an email offering to upgrade my present account to FF 150 for £37 / month. 
I know it's only £ 3/month, but why the difference, and how can I get the lower price and move house?
Frustratingly cannot talk to anyone
