100Mbs is speed delivered to the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, not WiFi from it. All WiFi loses speed through walls.
For the 100Mbs FTTP product (and if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the broadband account) the 'guaranteed' WiFi speed is 10Mbs
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Full fibre 100
A poor signal is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
