Full Fibre installation delay compensation

Hi

 

My Full Fibre installation was delayed due to a problem with Openreach. They have now been out and completed the dig work and laid the fibre cable up to my house. I am now waiting for a Sky engineer to come out and finish off the installation but sky have informed me that this is not going to be until the 22nd of May. I was meant to be connected on the 4th of March. Am I going to be paid daily compensation of £6.10 per day from the 4th of March to the 22nd of May even though Openreach have now completed their part of the job?
