Full Fibre activation

We've had a full fibre fitted and it was due to be activated on the 22nd December. The modem and router is working as it should and 2 engineers have come out to check this.  Its now the 7th of Jan and its still not been activated at Skys end.

@Matt351 Are you saying that the Fibre ONT is up and working, the sky Hub is up and working, you have wireless and wired Internet on the connection? Then what is not working sky wise?
