Full Fibre Install

I have accepted the invitation to upgrade to Full Fibre and have been given an appointment for the engineer to visit on 3rd October.  I am currently in Spain and will not be back in UK until November.  When I attempt to change the date of my engineer's visit I am not given any available dates on the web page.  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug.  Whatever happens I won't be there on 3rd October.
