Full Fibre - Available or not??!!

I had a text from both Openreach and Sky to say that Full Fibre is available to my property.

However when I contacted Sky they say it isn't available according to their system!!

Has anyone had the same problem or can shed any light on what might be happening with this please?

I had a similar situation.  I had an expression of interest registered with Openreach.  When they emailed me to say full fibre was now ready to order, it took Sky's database 6 weeks to catch up.
