Full Fibre 500 Speed

My Broadband speed is pitiful and nowhere near the speeds promised for Full Fibre 500.

Currently getting 20-30MBPS and line speed testing isnt working

Is your  optical network terminal  box working  OK?

I have gigafast  broadband 900mps  and have had it since  January  2023 and have had no  problems with it, just  a fellow  customer like yourself on here
