Full Fibre 300

Hi All.

I have already got Sky Broadband Hub and am connected to the internet, but have booked to start using SKY Full Fibre 300, this will be set up by Engineers on 30th October 2026. Sky advised they will send out the required equipment prior to installation. All I have received is an Ethernet cable, do Sky not send out a new Hub and the required ONT Internal Box? Or is it a case that they use my existing Hub and the engineer will supply and fit the required ONT Internal Box?

Thanks for any advice.

@Yamster1473

If all you have been sent in the cable then it will be because you can continue using the hub you have got as the cable will be needed to connect it to the ont which should be installed when Openreach or CityFibre come to install fibre for you.
